We have seen the progression in our progress for justice.

We have had to define at different times what was necessary to eliminate the exploitation in all of its form.

It was the work of the PAIGC and the strength and courage to over come colonialism,it was the militants,the combatants of the liberation movement
of PAIGC that was the heroic unity of the people of Guinea Bissau &Cabo Verde who were under the leadership and direction of Dr. Amilcar Cabral and those few who started the teachings of the liberation movement. They created cadres. and as you all know,they started a movement from nothing in the face of the repression and the crimes of the Portuguese colonialist.. It was at a time that Africa was coming alive and throwing off the yoke of colonialsm..

It is said:" One of the best examples of Cabral's caliber of revolutionary leadership rest in his skill as a thinker. One of his most valuable contributions as a theorist hsa been his analysis of the class struggle as it relates to this historical development of colonized peoples".

Amilcar Cabral a political genius brought the two countries and those advance thinkers into his camp and he taught the distinctive strategy based on his meticulous study of the conditions in both countries,Guinea & Cabo Verde which suffered under colonialism. It was this movement we can thank for our liberation and Independence..

That was the power and the struggle for the Independence of both Guinea Bissau & Cabo Verde. We are still moving forward in this struggle all things come in cycles.

There are always internal factors in life and any struugle for change.
In the death of Cabral many such occurred within the movement.
Caused by the enemies and the adversaries who did not want the change.

They who carried out plots to stop the movement for freedom of the people,that is why they plotted to kill Amilcar Cabral. Thinking that they would stop the movement for Independence.
