Tomorrow, May 11th at 1:30 in front of the Strand Theatre, we will come together, as members of the Cape Verdean community, along with the Mayor and other community partners for a Press Conference about what is happening in our community. We will share with the media and larger community the multitude of programs, efforts and strategies that have been in place, as well as those we are creating, to help decrease violence in our community and instill peace.
We are asking everyone to join us in a show of solidarity to emphasis the strength, courage, hope and power in our community.
