I would be the first one to vote No to that proposal. I can't stand France's arrogance and sense of superiority towards its ex-colonies.

strange so far you can stand with the arrogance and sense of superiority of the USA tot the rest of the world

I guess this proposal has nothing to do with france but more to be in tune with neighbooring countries in north and west africa
