Hey unknown, I believe you're scared to death of telling us who you are, ahh!

Why don't you let anyone be creolu the way they are?

If you're not happy with how sonia is capeverdean, why don't you tell us how YOU are capeverdian?

How about not telling you who I am? How does it feel?

E pra ja what you need to understand e que somos um povo extremamente melange, metisse avec des peuples venant des quatre coins du globe, therefore we are what we are and this whole discussion is totally pueril, como se nao tivessemos cosas mas importantes para hacer que de hablar de color de la piel (como ninos).

Meu God, what a perda de temps, venir aqui (Sogyantai) to talk bizarreries dessas quand le country tem falta of us para coisas mejores!!!

to me being cape verdean means being a man. i am a man first and foremost. like the lottery i could have been born anywhere on earth, but my placce was cabo verde. an arid, somewhat backwater country by those who do not know it. I left cabo verde almost 20 years ago. what keeps me happy are the memories that i have for the islands. nha paixon e morabeza di sol e briza di mal cu kel cheru di salinas na maio. kel sinbron, recois, pastel, faroba, avelude-------cuzas di crianca, kuzas kin ta lembra modi kin staba la. kel praca sen flor, se flor era nha spirito.
ser kriolu is like having a spirit. being cape verdean means being having a family. we all shared misery, famine..................for some like myself, i remember when while taking a shower, the water would go, i remember while watching the black and white tv, the electricity would go out. I remember having to turn the old antenas to get a reception. at times it would be some show from senegal. watching cartoons in french was not my cup of tea.

being cape verdean means sitting on the roof looking at STRELAS TA CAI. being cape verdean means conta storia di nho lobu di noti.
being cape verdean means getting "BABOZA and acting like we had swords"

being cape verdean means getting old toilet seat covers and using it to slide down mountain sides (i have a scar or two here and there)
being cape verdean meas having rock fights, slingshot tournaments

this is what i remember of cape verde, i do remember when Stadio Da Varzia. I was born in Santiago, but raised in Maio for a few years. this is who i am.

Being cape verdean means having memories of my mother

This is what I mean by lack of home education. This is a public place, where R E S P E C T is the norm, so if you don't like the answers to your posts, maybe you should find a different forum, one better suited to your cursing needs.

Looks like you're unsure of your manhood to be such a bully.

Vagabundo definitely needs psicological help. He's too angry and don't know how to properly handle opposing ideas. Jesus, I would feel scary in being in a debate in a same room with him.

Vagabundo, do you think your angry way to answer to people that have ideas different than you is caused by your military experience in going around the world like you said about Middle East and "blowing some heads"?

A friendly advice, talk to a psicologist. Maybe Cabrala can be of some help for you. I think he's about to finish his degree is psicology.

Let's help our brother because he's a smart guy but very mad and angry at the world.

Peace!

i see you have no sense of homor. dont be so uptight regarding the use of colorfull language. i could have said donkey but the word A@@ made for a much more colorfull response. as far as mad at the world or being afraid to be in the same room. there are individuals in this forum that actually had the pleasure of meeting me. their response if asked would be different than what you would expect.

granted since everyone wants to be PC-politacaly correct, i guess i cant say what i want for fear of offending. Laughing Laughing

lets say, hypothetically speaking, you describe a situation and a scenerario and i disagree with your response, because of that, if it is a personal issue, i cannot offend or clarify what you missed? HELLO

anyways, if any of you are in the boston area or eastern mass, shoot me an email vagabundokriolu @ yahoo .com

i had to do it this way because forum codes automatically delete or covers up certain things
