oi pessoal...ami é studante bolseiro de cv que st studa na toronto - Canada e n sta mesti renova nha passaporte pan podi renova nha student permit...mas problema é ki ali na canada acho ki nu ka ten consulado, e n ka sta consigui atxa web page de consulado de cv na US...por isso n kria sabi alguen podia djudaba mi nes sentido li....

n kria sabi undi n debi contacta, kal é ke documentus kin mesti, kuandu kin deve paga, e sin ten ki bai pa boston ou sin deve so envia documentos kes ta pidi. ..etc...

call them first. I am not sure a consulate has the power to deliver passports, otherwise, you will have to go to the ambassy in the usa...

I'll tell you what, send me a PM with your information and I'll talk to my friend (second in command) at the CV embassy in D.C. on your behalf. I know you can't get up and go to Washington or Boston to get your passport, it's very costly , especially for a bolseiro from cabo verde.
