Lately I've been hearing that either some cape verdean is getting locked up, deported, or killed. why do you think this is happening? Don't you think it is time for Ca Sad pe Verdeans to be rising instead of killing each other and having this negative reputation. Please let me know your opinion on this. Sad Question
